I really liked the toasted coconut hot cereal. I've had it for breakfast basically every day for the last few years. However, with my latest order I received the keto recipe of the product where they have changed up the texture with the addition of sunflower seeds (I actually really like this change) and swapped out the dates for monk fruit extract as a sweetener.
The monk fruit is where it all goes wrong for me. It seems like they are using way too much monk fruit, and the cereal is too sweet plus doesn't sit well with my stomach. Overall, I like that they are trying to make it keto but in this state it is really awful and unless something changes I'll have to find a different go-to breakfast option. I write this review because I really hope they are just dialing in the formula and it will get back to a similar taste but with a new improved texture, and keto designation. @wildway, happy to provide more feedback if it can help tweak things and make the product better.
