Super disappointed. Seems like all the good stuff out there somehow ends up with sweetener!
Loved the the "original" original. The new monkfruit tastes artificial and will no longer buy. Not something I expected from a good company like Wildway.
I purchased 4 boxes from amazon like i always do and didnt realize they changed the recipe. Its more chuncky, i liked the creaminess of "hot cereal" texture and it also tastes different. I opened up a few pouches to see if i just got a bad batch. I wont be buying this anymore which is sad bc it was a staple in my whole30s and general breakfasts to feel full. May try to make cookies or something out of the 4 boxes i have, or use as flour? I dont know. Just disapponted.
I actually like the new recipe change, except for one thing it uses way too much monk fruit for the sweetener. It tastes like they are going for candy level of sweet rather than the minimal sweetness you would want for healthy cereal. It's way too sweet and causes cravings which is exactly what you don't want for something marketed for keto people.
