Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of gluten-free flour
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 maple syrup
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup organic apple butter
GLAZE
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of butter
(sub for coconut oil for a vegan option)
1/4 a teaspoon of cinnamon
TOPPING

Instructions:
DONUTS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Rub a small donut pan with coconut oil
- In a large bowl combine maple syrup, eggs, apple butter, and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Add gluten-free flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder, and mix thoroughly till the batter is thick and has a sticky consistency
- Evenly spread into a donut pan (best done with a spoon & butter knife or piping bag)
- Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown
GLAZE
- In a small bowl whisk all ingredients for the glaze
- Dip each donut into the glaze (while still warm)
- Top with Wildway Organic Coconut Chips: Snickerdoodle
- Serve Warm
