Wildway: Gluten-Free Apple Butter & Snickerdoodle Donut Recipe




1 1/2 cups of gluten-free flour

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

3/4 maple syrup

3 tablespoons of coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 cup organic apple butter


1/2 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of butter

(sub for coconut oil for a vegan option)

1/4 a teaspoon of cinnamon


Wildway Organic Snickerdoodle Coconut Chips




  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Rub a small donut pan with coconut oil
  • In a large bowl combine maple syrup, eggs, apple butter, and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add gluten-free flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder, and mix thoroughly till the batter is thick and has a sticky consistency
  • Evenly spread into a donut pan (best done with a spoon & butter knife or piping bag)
  • Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown


  • In a small bowl whisk all ingredients for the glaze
  • Dip each donut into the glaze (while still warm)
  • Top with Wildway Organic Coconut Chips: Snickerdoodle
  • Serve Warm
