Base Ingredients:
1 bag of Wildway Coconut Cashew Granola
1 tbsp coconut oil
Ice Cream Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp melted coconut oil
5 pitted dates
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Directions:
- Add the base ingredients to food processor
- Press into cupcake liners and freeze
- Add all ice cream ingredients to food processor and blend
- Once it reaches a creamy consistency, pour over the granola cups
- Freeze for 4+ hours
- Try not to eat them all at once!
