Summertime Watermelon Pizza
Get the recipe:
- 1 small watermelon
- 1 c. Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 2 kiwis
- 1 peach
- 1/4 c. strawberries
- 1/4 c. blueberries
- Sprinkle of Wildway Grain-Free Banana Nut Granola
1. Slice your watermelon into 1-in. thick rounds
2. Lather on your greek yogurt of choice - we like to use greek yogurt or coconut yogurt, they're the perfect creamy texture!
3. Chop strawberries, kiwis, and the peach into small pieces
4. Decorate the top of your watermelon pizza with chopped fruit and sprinkle a hefty amount of Wildway Grain-Free Banana Nut Granola on top for a surprising crunch and added natural sweetness. Enjoy!
