Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 1/2 cups Wildway Banana Nut Grain-Free Granola
Directions:
- Using a food processor, blend granola into fine mixture and press into a small glass dish
- Put crust in freezer for 1 hour
- Using a food processor, combine banana, cinnamon, vanilla, almond butter, and maple syrup and pour over crust
- Place in freezer 3 hours
- Sprinkle with granola to your heart's content
