Frozen Yogurt Granola Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of yogurt (5.3 oz) (creamy,thick greek style works best)
  • 1 cup Wildway Coconut Cashew Granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: chopped strawberries and blueberries

Directions:
  1. Combine Wildway Coconut Cashew Granola and honey in a bowl and mix

  2. Chop strawberries and blueberries into small pieces and add into yogurt

  3. Spoon a tablespoon of the granola mixture into the end of each popsicle mold and press down

  4. Spoon yogurt (with or without berries) into each popsicle mold up to the designated fill line

  5. Insert the cap on each mold and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours

  6. When ready to eat, allow popsicles to thaw or run under hot water and enjoy!
