Steps:
- Add 1.5 bags of Wildway Gingerbread Granola in Vitamix/blender with 1/3 cup coconut oil
- Spread blended mix in 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and pop in freezer
- Topping: blend 1 cup cashew butter, ½ cup almond butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil, and desired spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, etc.)
- Spread blended topping on top of blended granola mix
- Place back in freezer for 2 hours
- Remove, slice into bars, and enjoy
Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins via @kp_ingitsimple
Ingredients:
- Wildway Gingerbread Grain-free Granola
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 30 ml blackstrap molasses
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 3 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, egg, syrup, yogurt, brown sugar, and molasses
- In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients except granola
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until smooth
- Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and pour batter into liners
- Top with granola
- Bake for 20-25 minutes for standard muffins or 25-30 minutes for jumbo muffins

Blend the following ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup Wildway Gingerbread Grain-Free Granola
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
Directions:
- In a small-medium bowl, add the yogurt, spices, and honey. Whisk it all together until fully combined
- Add a layer of granola to the bottom of the small containers or cups
- Scoop the yogurt mixture on top of the granola (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- Add another layer of granola on top of the yogurt
- Add one more layer of yogurt (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- Top the yogurt with a sprinkle of granola and fresh cranberries
- Optional: Add a drizzle of honey on top

Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced, boiled, drained and whipped
- 2 tbsp madagascar vanilla ghee
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp orange extract
- salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
- Whip together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and spread in a baking dish
- Sprinkle in pecans and granola
- Bake in oven at 400 for 10 minutes
