"Plant-based" is the natural food industry's latest buzz-word, and we continue to see it popping up everywhere. From burgers to water, plant-based is dominating the food world right now, and for good reason.
No matter where you stand on the meat spectrum (paleo/flexitarian/vegan), everyone can benefit from including more plants in their diet. Which is why we've challenged ourselves to see how long it will take to consume 200 different plant-based foods. Variety is key, and we want to push ourselves to try new things and tantalize our palettes with new and exciting plants.
